Blake has an immense love for the game of baseball and extensive coaching experience at both the youth and high school level. Most recently, he served as an Assistant Coach for Davie County High School’s JV and Varsity programs working primarily with hitters and infielders. Blake has also served as head coach for numerous 6-9 year old teams in both the Coach Pitch and Machine Pitch divisions. As a player, Blake had the opportunity to play NCAA Division I baseball at USC-Upstate, where he was a utility infielder. As passionate as he is about baseball, there is nothing Blake enjoys more than spending time with his amazing wife, Sara, and their two boys. heir knowledge of the game.

8U BLUE

Originally from East Tennessee, Daniel has lived in Davie County for 3 years and serves as the Worship Pastor at Rescue House Church in Mocksville.  He started playing baseball at the age of 4 and played through high school, helping lead his high school team to 2 Conference titles.

 He’s been coaching youth baseball through Davie Little League for 5 seasons, where his main focus has been to create a culture of enjoyment with his players, while intentionally developing their skill set and passion for the game. Daniel has been married to his wife , Savannah, for 11 years and they have 4 boys.

Lee grew up in Yadkin County, where his love for baseball began at an early age. He played youth and travel baseball throughout his childhood up until high school, building a deep understanding and appreciation for the game. That passion has since evolved into a strong commitment to coaching youth baseball.

Lee finds his greatest fulfillment in helping young players develop both on and off the field through fundamental coaching and training. He believes in teaching the game the right way—instilling discipline, confidence, and teamwork in every athlete he works with.

Outside the ballfield, Lee is a devoted husband to his wife, Kayla, and a proud father to their two children, Hollyn and Kolbryn.

Bryan grew up in Asheboro, NC and moved to Davie County in his twenties.  He grew up playing baseball and found a new love for the game in coaching kids.  

His focus is establishing empathy and confidence in our youth, emphasizing baseball IQ, fundamentals, and helping produce productive players for our high school team.

He and his wife, Brittany Tugwell, of thirteen years have two kids, ages 7 and 3.

Originally from West Virginia, Philip now resides in Iredell County. He is a Division EHS Manager for Corning, Inc. and serves in several capacities at Trinity Methodist Church in Statesville as a Youth Supporter, Finance Treasurer, and is on the Church Administrative Council. He started playing baseball at the age of 5 and played through high school. While in college, he enjoyed recreational play and spectating WVU baseball, Pirates, and Reds games. He can recall some of the best memories of his youth were created while playing baseball, and had several influential coaches.

He started coaching in 2019, and joined NCMade in Spring 2025, where his main focus is to allow up and coming youth a chance to expand their skill level with positive encouragement to promote development of basic athletic mechanics. His intent is to conduct an environment that allows player to develop a love for the game while playing competitively and exemplify good character and sportsmanship. His mission is to be an influential figure to our youth to help them in one aspect of their development to become respectable young adults. Philip has been married to his wife, Megan, for 11 years and they have two children, Hailey and Cason. 

11U BLUE

 Justin was born and raised in Davie County. He is currently the Athletics and Program Director at Davie County Recreation & Parks.

He has been a part of the youth sports community within Davie County and beyond for over 20 years, including serving as a coach for various sports programs. Coaching is something he is passionate about as he believes in developing each player to reach their full potential and also instilling the concept of a team, all while making it an enjoyable experience for the families!  

Justin has been married to his wife, Laura Beth, for 11 years and they have a son, Kace. 

11U GREEN

Ryan grew up in Surry County, but now he calls Yadkin County his home. He grew up playing multiple sports, but baseball was always his favorite. He has coached baseball and volunteered for 5 years. 

His goals as a coach are to develop confidence, motivate and improve each player, all while having fun in a family atmosphere.

Off the field, Ryan has been in Law Enforcement for 18 years. He and his wife Jill have been married for 13 years, and together they have one son, Noah.

11U WHITE

Coach Jerry Riddle’s love for baseball began as a child playing at Davie Little League. He continued to play with the Mocksville-Davie Legion Team and all 4 years at Davie County High School.  Those sunny afternoons on the local diamond ignited a lifelong passion for the game.

Jerry’s expertise extends beyond playing. For 20 years, he has been an integral part of the game as an umpire. From high school and Legion matchups to intense college games, he’s seen it all.

Jerry hung up his umpire shirt in 2015 and the same fields where he once played served as the foundation for his coaching journey in 2016. Since 2019, Jerry has served as the president of the Davie Little League. His fair judgment and keen eye have earned him respect among players, coaches, and fans alike. His commitment to nurturing young talent and fostering a love for baseball has made a significant impact. Jerry believes in giving back and wears many hats in the baseball community. He mentors young players and coaches, emphasizing sportsmanship, teamwork, and the joy of the game. Jerry also plays an integral role with the DLL Challenger team, as his daughter, Sarah, is a player on this magnificent team.

His experiences as a player, umpire, and community leader shape his coaching philosophy. Under his guidance, the NC Made team will thrive on and off the field. They will learn not only about baseball but also about character, resilience, and the thrill of competition.

Beyond the field, Jerry and his wife Melinda have 4 children and are active members at Green Meadows Baptist Church in Mocksville, NC. 

Coach Jerry Riddle embodies the spirit of baseball. His legacy extends beyond wins and losses; it’s about instilling a lifelong love for the game in every player he encounters

Amanda is a Davie County resident and grew up playing little league softball & was the Captain of her high school softball team.  After winning the conference & going on to college, she has been heavily involved in her community. She has been a baseball coach for several years, also managing &  coaching the baseball All-Star teams and serves in a volunteer role on the board at Davie Youth Complex. She is also the Challenger Division Director for NC Little League District 2. 

Her happy place is on the field, and interacting with players of baseball, softball, and the Challenger Division. She believes that this is the best time of many kid's lives and wants to contribute to making memories to last their lifetime. She believes players should also grow and learn to compete together as a team, all while making friends & discovering what drives them individually. Respect, hard work, sportsmanship and passion are what drive her teams to succeed. Finding a balance of having fun while taking the game seriously sums up her coaching.

Her other happy place is at home with her husband, Peter, and their son, Aydan, who eats, sleeps and breaths baseball, and her pets. All her players know her dog Maggie. Family is always first, with baseball a very close second. 

12U SB

Originally from Denver, Colorado, Jeremy now resides in Davie County. He grew up playing baseball and riding horses, and recently rediscovered his passion for the game through his daughter.

Jeremy served in the military for nearly 10 years, bringing a strong sense of discipline and teamwork to his coaching. Since relocating to Davie County, he has established himself as a dedicated Board Member and Little League Coach. His primary objective is to create a safe and constructive environment for players to learn and excel.

Outside of his coaching duties, Jeremy enjoys spending quality time with his partner Sabrina, his daughter Aryanna, and their two lively dogs.
