OUR PLAYERS

Made up from players from counties all around the Piedmont Triad, our players are hand selected by our veteran coaching staff. Players are accessed on their skills, sportsmanship, and commitment to the program. We focus on developing our players and their skills to make them elite athletes. Our players have positive attitudes, demonstrate hustle & willingness to push themselves to new levels. We expect them to demonstrate high moral values both on & off the field.

OUR COACHES

Our Coaches are hand selected by our Executive Board of Directors & have a wide range of experience and talent, both on and off of the field. They balance a competitive edge with the nurturing and growth needed in order for a team to thrive.

They are a combination of volunteers and hired specialists, such as our Player Development Coach.

THE COST

There is a fee set to cover the basic costs to maintain the team and will vary depending on the age. We focus on being affordable and transparent, you pay to play, not for the NCM name. We also offer a payment plan for those who need it.

You can expect registration fees to be between $400-$800 for 7U-14U.

We also have a Player Hardship Fund that players can apply to receive a scholarship from.

We understand that on occasion, established teams may look for another Team Brand to play under.
We do allow team transfers for all divisions in certain situations, including both full and partial teams. Teams may apply to become part of the NC Made organization which gives you access to all things NC Made: uniforms, marketing, insuranc

Teams practice in Davie County, with a majority of the practices occurring at Davie Youth Complex. Teams also participate in Indoor Winter Workouts at RISE during the months of January-March. Most teams also use a preferred pitching and/or hitting coach to help advance the players skill set.
